In brief
ASMR Studio is a purely offline app. It has no internet permission and therefore technically cannot send any data to us or to third parties. All sounds are contained in the app; nothing is downloaded or streamed.
If you save your own sound mix, the app stores it on your device. We receive nothing.

2. Scope
This privacy policy applies exclusively to the Android app ASMR Studio.
A separate privacy policy applies to the website delves.de.
3. What the app processes on your device
ASMR Studio stores data only when you explicitly save a sound mix. The following is stored:
- the name you give the mix
- which sound tracks you selected
- the level you set for each track
- frequency and bandwidth of the high-frequency band
In addition, the app stores your language choice (German/English) locally if you change it manually in the app.
This information is kept in the app’s local storage on your device. It is not transmitted to us or to third parties.
Since you choose the name of a mix freely, you could in theory enter information there that allows conclusions about your person. Even in that case the name remains on your device; we do not receive it.
Beyond this, the app does not process any further data. In particular it stores no device identifiers, no advertising IDs, no usage or listening times, and no location, contact, account, payment or health data.
4. Purpose and legal basis
Purpose: your saved mixes should be available again the next time you open the app. Storage takes place solely to provide this function that you invoked.
Legal basis: insofar as the information stored on your device is to be regarded as personal data, we base this processing on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — it serves to provide the app function you use.
5. Storage period and deletion
Saved mixes remain on your device until you remove them. The app does not delete them automatically.
You delete the data by
- deleting individual mixes in the app,
- clearing the app data in your system settings, or
- uninstalling the app — this deletes all data stored by the app.
Since we receive no data, there is nothing on our side that could be deleted.
6. App permissions
The app requests only permissions required for playback:
| Permission | What it is needed for |
|---|---|
| Foreground service (media playback) | So playback continues when you leave the app or switch off the screen |
| Wake lock | Supports continuous background playback |
| Notifications | Shows the playback controls with pause and stop; without this notification Android does not allow background playback |
These permissions serve playback control only. No data is collected or transmitted through them.
The app does not request internet permission. It does not access the microphone, camera, location, contacts, photos, files or calendar.
7. No transmission to us or third parties
The app transmits no saved mixes and no usage data.
It contains no analytics, advertising, tracking or external crash-reporting services. Only program libraries of the Android system environment (AndroidX) are used, which in the scope used here do not transmit app data.
There is no transfer to third countries. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
8. Backup by the operating system
The app is excluded from Android’s automatic backup. Backup is disabled in the application manifest; the backup rules exclude all data areas from both cloud backup and device-to-device transfer.
Please note that transfer tools of individual device manufacturers are outside our control and are not covered by this configuration.
9. Distribution via Google Play
ASMR Studio uses no crash-reporting or analytics services of its own.
If you obtain the app via Google Play, Google may process technical crash and error data as part of Android Vitals — provided you have enabled the transmission of usage and diagnostics data on your device. This processing is carried out by Google, not by us. You can switch it off in the device settings under “Google” → “Usage & diagnostics”. Google’s privacy policy applies in this respect.
Google’s privacy terms also apply to obtaining the app via Google Play.
10. Advertising and purchases
The app contains no advertising. There is no tracking and no user profiles are created.
11. Children
The app is not specifically aimed at children. It collects no personal data from any age group.
12. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights:
- access to the data processed (Art. 15)
- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16)
- erasure (Art. 17)
- restriction of processing (Art. 18)
- data portability (Art. 20)
- objection to processing (Art. 21)
Since we receive no personal data from you, we generally cannot provide information about you or delete anything — we simply hold nothing. You can view and delete the information stored on your device yourself at any time (see section 5).

13. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is:

14. Changes to this policy
We adapt this privacy policy when the app or the legal requirements change. The version published here at the time applies.
